Sawyer's recommends mulching as it reduces moisture
evaporation, improves soil conditions, minimizes weed competition,
decreases soil erosion, and improves soil aeration. We can provide
you with the proper mulching services to keep your shrubberies
and flowerbeds healthy and attractive.

Other notes to consider:
- Chipper mulch consists of mostly poplar and
maple wood. However, there will be traces of spruce, pine, and
other woods. Also, there will be sticks and twigs in free mulches.
- All mulches will serve to help prevent ground
water evaporation, conserving valuable moisture in your soil.
- All mulches will help to prevent the growth
of unwanted weeds. Mulch beds must be properly maintained annually
to preserve this quality.
- If you live out of town, faxing us a map
on how to get to your place and dumping site is very helpful.
