Automatic Ice Management
So you can rest assured that when you are busy, Sawyer's is monitoring the condition of your parking lot and exercising years of expert judgement in ice removal and maintenance to keep your property safe and appealing (low monthly fee and hassle free).

Emergency/On Call Ice Management
This is our on-call service, that enables the customer to use his/her discretion regarding lot safety. If conditions become hazardous, Sawyer's has three different sized sanding units at the ready for any given day, making service prompt and specific.

Sidewalks
Sawyer's is dedicated to providing prompt and reliable service to maintain the safety and cleanliness of your sidewalks. With multiple levels of service ranging from no tolerance for snow and ice at all times to once a season clearing. We are confident we can meet any expectations and/or budgets you may have.
