If you sign up for several of our services, then we are open to negotiating volume discounts that will help fit in with your budget.

Here is how it works

1. Services: Determine exactly what service you require from the list below.

a. Lot Sweeping
b. Line Painting
c. Irrigation Start Up - Sprinklers

g. Irrigation Blow Out - Sprinklers
h. Snow Removal
i. Snow Hauling

2. Estimator: Call our office to have one of our estimators meet with you to give you a quote for the services you require.

3. Contract: Sign a year long contract and we will automatically provide your company with the services you require.

4. Invoice: Choose the type of billing system you prefer.

a. Pro – Rated Billing Service: You are invoiced 1/12 of your estimated yearly services costs each month. Any overage or underage for services actually performed is balanced at the end of the year. This is a great option for budgeting.

For example, if you sign a year long contract for lot sweeping services, irrigation startup and blow out and snow removal services. The estimator gives you a price of $2,400 for the year. You will then be invoiced $200 per month plus receive a 5% discount. At the end of the year if our services are less than what was estimated (i.e. snow removal service was only required 3 times instead of the estimated 6 times) your account will be credited. If the services required are more than estimated your last invoice of the year will reflect any extra services performed over the estimate.

b. Fee for Service Billing: For this type of service you would be billed the exact amount that was indicated on the estimate at the end of the month after a service is performed.

For example, after your lot is swept in the beginning of May you would be billed for the full amount at the end of May less 5% program discount. This would be the same for snow removal services. The amount billed would be set by the fee schedule on the contract.
