"I want to say thank you for the recent excellent service my wife and I received from Sawyer's. After the storm on June 29th, 2010, a favourite Black Poplar (Trembling Aspen) came uprooted and fell (narrowly missing our Hot Tub) and landed upon our roof. Within two hours and twenty minutes of the initial phone call, I was writing the cheque to give to Al Hoffman after having had Norm up to assess the situation. The tree was cut up and removed (they also assessed the condition of my rooftop and trimmed my May Day which, sadly, has Black Knot) and Sawyer's cleaned up the site.

This quick and professional service was tremendously appreciated because, as luck would have it, I was leaving that day for holidays and to look after my aging parents at Emma Lake. When I returned home for a quick two days part way through my holidays, I found that Sawyer's had returned to grind out the stump. The professionalism and perfection was evident again! The 5 or 6 planters which had been surrounding the tree/stump where carefully replaced (no small feat because some of those wash-tubs of flowers are quite heavy) and again the worksite was cleaned up magnificently! I am altogether too familiar with the mess of woodchips grinding out stumps leaves and I really appreciated the raking up and clean-up which was performed after that task."
