Landscape Division Lead Hand

• 1-2 years experience with landscape construction.
• Excellent communication skills with all staff and customers.
• Equipment operation experience.
• Valid Driver's License, Air Brake Endorsement, 3A preferred.
• A keen eye and attention to detail for landscape installation practices and finishing.
• Project Management mind set and motivation to complete on time work schedules.

Applicants must be able to work a flexible work schedule which includes long hours, weekends, and shut downs due to weather.

Seasonal Position: April 15th to November 30th (with an opportunity for an extended season with Snow & Ice Maintenance division)

Wages: Your salary or wage is dependent on your experience in the industry, your commitment to our team's goals, your capacity to fulfill your job description, and your willingness to live out and work within the framework of the company culture and mission/core values that we display at Sawyer's Trees & Landscapes.

A probationary period of three months is standard regarding your timeline to familiarize yourself with how we do business, and to ask any questions you may have about your particular road map to career success within our growing company.

Preference will be given to applicants with positive attitude, good mind set, experience operating equipment, excellent organization skills, and motivated to complete work on time.
